If you have purchased a pre-order item on our website (dreamqii.com) you may request a refund within 30 days of placing the pre-order. Refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team by sending a message through the Contact Us Form. Please ensure you are logged in to your PlexiDrone Cloud account when doing so, and please make sure to provide your order number, full name, and proof of purchase as a part of your request. Refund requests sent prior to delivery for pre-order items will only be considered within the 30-day time period.
Requesting a Refund
Any account changes or inquiries (including refund requests) must be initiated by the owner of the account to be queried or modified. In order to verify identity, and protect your privacy, requests related to user account information will only be responded to if they are submitted via DreamQii's customer support Contact Us Form. In order to submit a request the account owner must be logged in to their DreamQii account.
Upon delivery of your pre-ordered products, you may request a return of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery. To request a return please contact support@dreamqii.com. If 14 days have elapsed since the delivery of your purchase a return cannot be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Additional shipping fees may apply.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Any item that:
- is not in its original condition
- is damaged
- is missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
