The PlexiDrone Cloud service and user accounts are protected by encryption and security protocols that can automatically lock a user out of their account. These types of account lockouts can sometimes prevent users from even viewing the dreamqii.com website. The main reason for these enhanced security features is to protect user accounts and services hosted on PlexiDrone Cloud to highest possible degree.
In order to regain access to your account, you must take the following actions:
- Send an email request to support@dreamqii.com from the email associated with your account.
- Within the email, provide a short explanation as to why you were locked out, or why you believe this was an accident (e.g. too many incorrect passwords entered).
- Our support and security team will then contact you to confirm your identity and reinstate access for the locked out account.
