To send us a support request by email just fill out the Contact Us form and our customer support team will typically reply within 2-3 days (but we aim for much sooner). If you're unsure about how to fill out our contact form then please refer to this support article for an easy how-to guide.
Yes! Sending us a message through our email contact form automatically converts your message into a formal support request. This means that your message has been:
- received by our customer support team
- automatically assigned a tracking number
- assigned a status of "open"
If you have a PlexiDrone Cloud account you will then be able to manage and track the status of all your requests right here on the DreamQii Support + Learning Center.
All emails from DreamQii will come from an email address ending with "@dreamqii.com". DreamQii will never ask for your password. Make sure that the emails aren't falling in your spam folder. Emails are typically answered within 2-3 business days. You can also update your request and view its status from within the Support + Learning Center.
