A Support Request is created every time our customer support team receives a direct message from a customer or any other interested person/group. When a support request is created, it is automatically assigned a tracking number and given the status of "Open". Every request is assigned to a customer support team member. This process assures that all customers can retain a detailed history of past requests and receive immediate updates when new requests are updated and resolved. This allows our support team to provide high quality attention and care to each inquiry.
For existing users and customers, creating a request is very simple. Whether you are visiting our main website (dreamqii.com) or visiting our dedicated customer support site (support.dreamqii.com) just click the "Submit a Request" link at the top-left corner of the screen.

By clicking the "Submit a Request" link on dreamqii.com, it will first take you to our customer support site (support.dreamqii.com) where you can find support articles covering various topics including Account Guide, Help Purchasing, PlexiDrone Community, and Customer Care. These articles may help resolve or answer your question(s) right away.
If the articles do not help answer your question, you can click the "Submit a Request" link again located at the top left corner of the support site and follow the guide below.

What if I'm an existing user and have login issues?
If you are an existing user or customer and you have trouble logging in, the account guides on our support site may help you resolve your issue right away. You can also contact DreamQii's customer support team via the general inquiries form similar to new users and select "Login Issues" as your topic.
How do I know if my request has been reviewed?
If you have a PlexiDrone Cloud Account
You can track the status of your requests using the DreamQii Customer Support + Learning Center. You will also receive an email notification every time your request has been updated by our support team.

You will receive an email notification every time your request has been updated by our support team.
What if I haven't received a response yet?
Check + Update your junk mail or spam filters
All emails from DreamQii will come from an email address ending with "@dreamqii.com." Make sure that the emails are not being marked as spam.
Support Request Turn-around Time
Emails are typically answered within 3 business days. If you have not yet received a reply or status update, please allow for this time to elapse before submitting another request.
