Refunds (for crowd-funding contributions only)
If you made any contribution(s) towards a perk for the crowd-funding campaign titled “PlexiDrone: Making Aerial Photography a Breeze!” hosted on the IndieGoGo crowd-funding website, you were eligible for a refund during the following time periods and conditions:
Refunds Requested from IndieGoGo
Prior to Campaign's End
A refund can be requested by a campaign backer only before the end of a Fixed or Flexible Funding campaign by contacting the IndieGoGo Customer Happiness team.
After Entering 'InDemand' Phase
For campaigns that have an "InDemand" status, backers may request a refund from IndieGoGo within 10 days of making the initial contribution by contacting the IndieGoGo Customer Happiness team.
Refunds Requested from DreamQii
If the terms of the IndieGoGo refund policy were not met by a campaign backer, a refund request could be submitted to DreamQii Inc. via e-mail directed to firstname.lastname@example.org before March 7, 2016. Notice of the refund request deadline was sent out to all campaign backers through the IndieGoGo updates and e-mail system. Refund requests received after March 7, 2016 are not eligible for full or partial refund. Campaign updates are sent to to all backers that contributed to the campaign via the e-mail address used when making the initial contribution, or the e-mail associated with their IndieGoGo user account at the time the update was released. Our customer support team will still respond to any such requests and help answer your questions.
