A PlexiDrone Cloud account grants you access to the PlexiDrone community of customers, developers, and enthusiasts. With a PlexiDrone Cloud account you are able to:
- Gain access to our customer support system
- View, track, and modify your orders
- Interact with members of the community through messages, forums, and groups
- Share projects, photos, videos, and status updates
The PlexiDrone Cloud has many purposes, and its role in the PlexiDrone ecosystem will expand over time. For now, it is a platform for DreamQii to provide excellent customer support and also foster creativity and collaboration within our community of customers. The PlexiDrone Cloud is also a place where the development community can interact for the purpose of collaboration on new projects.
Currently, you can only create a PlexiDrone Cloud account if you are:
- an existing customer
- a registered developer
- a retailer / distributor of the PlexiDrone product line
For customers, registration is automatically done at the time of purchase, or by registering for a new account on the check-out page of your first order. If you are an existing customer, but you do not have access to your PlexiDrone Cloud account, please send us a message here and our support staff will make sure to get you up and running!
