Live Chat is a direct way of resolving login issues by messaging an agent of the DreamQii Support team.
Any general inquires you may have on topics other than login matters are to be submitted through the Contact Us form.
Live Chat is as easy as clicking on the "Help" blurb located at the bottom-right of the login window for PlexiDrone Cloud.
Once opened, you'll be able to start to describe what your issue is exactly.
Once entered, you will be presented with some support articles that more than likely will be able to resolve your issue if you open them up and read them thoroughly.
If, however, even after browsing relevant articles to your issue and you are still experiencing this issue then initiating a live chat may be the next best course of action. Simply hit the "Live Chat" button in the bottom-right corner and begin your chat. A customer support representative will respond as soon as he/she is able to.

Live Chat is available on PlexiDrone Cloud's login screen Monday to Friday 10:15am - 3:30pm EST. If you try to start a chat outside of our office hours, or when all agents are busy, you can leave a message and a support agent will follow-up with you.
Live Chat is great for answering questions or concerns instantly, if you have questions about login inssues, they will be be to handle your questions instantly. If your questions are about any other topic then you may be asked for follow-up communication.
