What is Live Chat?
Live Chat is a direct way of messaging an agent of the DreamQii Support team about any general inquires you may have including (but not limited to) user accounts, technical specifications or sales, right from wherever you are browsing DreamQii.com or Support.DreamQii.com.
How to use Live Chat
Live Chat is as easy as clicking on the "Leave a Message!" blurb located at the bottom-right of DreamQii.com or Support.DreamQii.com wherever you are.
Once opened, you'll be able to send a message whether an agent is available at that present time or not. In any case, all you have to do is enter your Name, Email Address, and your message.
As soon as all fields are entered hit "Send" and then a new conversation has started with an agent.
When is Live Chat Available?
Live Chat is available on DreamQii.com and the Support + Learning Center Monday to Friday 10:15am - 3:30pm EST. If you try to start a chat outside of our office hours, or when all agents are busy, you can leave a message and a support agent will follow-up with you.
Are There Limitations of Live Chat?
Live Chat is great for answering questions or concerns instantly, if you have questions about user accounts, technical specifications or sales, they will be be to handle your questions instantly. If your questions are more detailed or technical in nature, related to distribution or media / marketing then you may be asked for follow-up communication.
