Viewing Your Order History
Viewing all of your past orders is simple with your PlexiDrone Cloud account. Just navigate to dreamqii.com and log-in to your PlexiDrone Cloud account.
After successfully logging in, use the 'My Account'
drop-down menu to select 'My Orders'.
You'll then be taken to your account's 'Order History & Credits' page
where you can easily see a complete list of all orders you've made at
Viewing an Individual Order in Detail
To view the details of an individual order, just click on the 'view' button on the same line as the order you wish you to view. A detailed break down of all order notes, items included in the order, customer information, and billing information will be available.
Tracking Your Orders
Overall Order Status
The overall (or summary) status of your orders can be viewed on the 'Order History & Credits' page of your PlexiDrone Cloud account. This summary order status is used to let you know if an order payment has been received, if a payment is pending, when your order has been shipped, or when an order is complete. For example, when your order has been shipped the order status will be changed to 'Shipped' and the UPS tracking number for your order will be available on the detailed order notes.
Detailed Order Notes & Updates
Detailed notes and updates for any order can be seen by hitting the 'view' button for any order on the 'Order History & Credits' page of your PlexiDrone Cloud account. These order notes contain details concerning your order, such as confirmation of changes made by customer support, confirmation of your color selections, and much more.
Modifying Your Orders
Our customer support staff will do their best to accommodate order change requests. To request a modification to any of your orders navigate to: dreamqii.com > Log-in > Contact Us and submit an order change request. Make sure to have your order number handy for filing out the simple contact form shown below:
